Best customer service ever!

I just look forward to my tea time ! Love the Nina tea pot and the cups I got. Lovely green colour. Keeps the tea warm for long time.
I also ordered the smaller tea pot in red. The lid arrived cracked and customer service replaced it with a new one❣️😍 Thank you Viva❤️
